- Capcom has officially announced Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for PSP, the game will be released before the end of 2010. The game is not a port of Monster Hunter 3, it will be a brand new title with new village, monsters, fields and gameplay elements...
- At GDC, Final Fantasy XIII producer Yoshinori Kitase mentioned that he is interested in producing Final Fantasy XIII-2, a direct sequel to refine what the team has already built. However, this depends on how well the game performs in the west. He also expressed that the team is very excited to see how gamers respond, they have modeled every object with extensive detail, so you would believe these things are real and existed somewhere.
- Final Fantasy XIII director Motomu Toriyama mentioned that the series will continue to change for each product, but ultimately it will remain a magnificent global story centered on human drama. That the central concept of the series and will apply to every Final Fantasy story. Toriyama also mentioned that he is interested to add interactive cutscenes in future FF games.
- Capcom's Street Fighter IV for iPhone has topped the iPhone most downloaded list in App Store last week, followed by Where's Waldo? The Fantastic Journey and Monopoly.
- Level 5 CEO Akihiro Hino mentioned that an extremely anticipated title will be revealed in April. Level 5 is the producer of White Knight Chronicle and Dragon Quest VIII/IX.
- Square Enix has posted an ad in Japan to recruit talents to work on a game engine for the next-gen platforms; the ad uses Cloud from Final Fantasy VII as the background character.
- Bethesda Softworks announced a new fantasy action adventure RPG called Hunted: The Demon's Forge. The game features cooperative combat action and puzzle solving elements....

- Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime said that he'd be embarrassed to do what Microsoft and Sony are currently doing for motion controllers. He said that Nintendo is constantly trying to innovate; Nintendo will put out a new console with a whole new compelling experience.

- RUMOR: There are a number of tidbits on Nintendo's successor to Nintendo DS, which is expected to be revealed at E3. The new system is said to has dual screen and the gap between the two screen will be minimal, you can put them together as one larger screen; and it will have higher resolution. The system will have similar power to GameCube and have the nVidia Tegra graphics chip. The machine will have an accelerometer.

- RUMOR: There are rumors about Capcom set to announce Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for PSP at the Monter Hunter event at Tokyo, which is an event to reveal details about the Monster Hunter spinoff title Monster Hunter Nikki: Poka Poku Airu Mura for PSP. Source of the image is unconfirmed.
- Retailer reported that a new motherboard has been found in the latest shipment of Red PSP-3000. The new model uses a newer microprocessor TA-93 as opposed to TA-90, and it also includes a new spring attachment for the UMD slot and new trigger mountings. The new model also comes with firmware 6.20.

- Here are some new images of Capcom's MMO Action game Monster Hunter Frontier for Xbox 360, the game will be released in Japan on June 24, 2010.
- Here are some new images of Nihon Falcom's Ys Vs. Sora no Kiseki: Alternative Saga, featuring characters from both Ys and Sora no Kiseki [Legend of Heroes] universe. The game will use the Ys Seven engine for the combat action, and support both co-operative and competitive play modes.

- D3 Publisher announced the PSone classics Simple 1500 Series will be coming to PlayStation Store starting on March 10 in Japan, each game will be 300 yen (US$3), and they can be played on both PS3 and PSP. On PSP the games are for one player, on PS3 the games can be played by multiple players (if supported). Four titles will be available initially:
