MTV Games and Harmonix revealed that Rock Band 3 will feature new instruments, including 25-key wireless MIDI keyboard, full sized electric guitar, MIDI adapter and cymbal. A new Rock Band Pro mode will be added to the game for expert players and music professionals. A number of peripherials will be released by Mad Catz, including wireless Fender Mustang Pro-Guitar with 102 neck buttons and real strings ($150), wireless keyboard ($80), Pro-Cymbals Expansion Kit ($40), and MIDI Pro-Adapter ($40).
